Returns

  • Items must be returned within 3 business days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • In the same condition as received
    • Unused and undamaged
    • Returned with all original packaging and included items
  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged when returning it.

Condition of Returned Items

If a returned item is:

  • Used
  • Damaged
  • Missing parts
  • Or damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging

We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover the loss in value.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Items Not Received

  • If you do not receive your order, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • However, refunds will not be issued if tracking information confirms that the item was successfully delivered to your address.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with print quality
  • Personal preference regarding design, color, or wall décor appearance

We strongly encourage you to carefully review product details and images before placing your order.

Cancellation & Pre-Order Policy

  • Pre-order items: If any issue arises with your pre-order within 2 weeks of purchase, we will promptly notify you and process a full refund within the same timeframe.
  • Regular orders: Customers may cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not available.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
